It is with great sadess that we received the news that the death had taken place suddenly on Saturday, 7 January 2017, of Fr James Shevlin PE, former Chairperson of Scoil Naomh Lorcan and former Parish Priest of Kilkerley and of Dunleer and Pastor Emeritus Associate Pastor of Carlingford and Omeath.
May he rest in peace.

Funeral arrangements Reposing at his residence at 21 Village Green, Omeath, from 4pm on Tuesday and from 12.00 noon on Wednesday. Removal on Wednesday evening at 7pm to St. Laurence's Church, Omeath arriving for Evening Prayers at 7.30pm. Requiem Mass on Thursday at 12 noon, followed by burial in adjoining cemetery. |
